Rare outlet and gorgeous authentic vintage 1940s/1950s black funeral dress by Jack Posluns. Material feels like a soft durable thick poplin wool. Gorgeous darting with loop fringe detailing at sleeves, waist and collar. Beautiful decorative waist bow. Stunning and completely original.

The size is not listed on the garment tag, but this dress fits my XS US dress form (mannequin) the best. Shown on the lowest settings, so this dress fits more like a xxs or 00. Designed for a very slim build with a very slender waist (22 inch waist). Please see all measurements below.

Pristine clean preowned vintage condition. No holes, stains, or other issues. As this dress was made in the 40s or 50s, many of the fabric edges are not hemmed on the inside.
