Maintenance, cleaning:
It can be cleaned by a detergent sponge. You musn't clean it in dish-washer/dryer or soak it in hot water for a long time. If you use chopper or axe there will be not only little scratches on the surface but also big break, deeper harm can appear on the surface thanks to the characteristics of these tools. In order to preserve a longer lifetime and its' aesthetic look please try to avoid using these tools. Also for a longer lifetime if you can see or feel the dryness of wood it is worth to oil time after time (with some kind of oil is known in food industry, for example: linseed oil)
