This outlet plush is from 1985 by Presents. He has plastic arms and face with his classic outfit. His boots are brown and flocked. No scuffs, just a few back marks from age and storage. He came with a yellow belt but has since lost it. This is a larger plush, measuring 20" long. Other than needing a few black stitches to fix the back of his shirt, he is in surprisingly good condition to be so old. I may try to sew him back up myself so once purchased, I will let you know or update this post. He was around $80 original retail in 1985.
