We do our utmost to describe the history and condition correctly and all items have been cleaned to the best of our abilities. Each item in our shop is sold “as is.” We post enlarged, detailed photos of any known flaws that may exist. Each photo's color will appear differently based on the screen and screen settings, so please review the photos and descriptions carefully. If you have any questions about the item (color, size, contents of a lot, condition, etc.), please message us before ordering.
Multiple Items - If you would like to purchase multiple items, please contact us and we will work with you to combine them into one shipping container and cost.
Shipping - We package all our items very carefully to ensure a safe delivery. Many of our items require larger boxes for additional packing material due to their delicate nature. Our goal is to have your package arrive promptly, intact, and in the condition described. Your order will be sent as a registered package with a tracking number through FedEx, USPS, or UPS with full insurance coverage. Shipping is just an estimate and may fluctuate. If there is a less expensive shipping option, we will advise you of that option and refund any overages. Most packages are shipped in 1-2 business days. outlet Large items ship within 5-7 business days. When your item ships, you will receive an email via Etsy with a tracking number.
Shipping Couriers - Once the package is shipped, we have zero control over the speed of shipping or the condition it arrives in. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please make sure to take photos of the condition of shipping container and the item. We will need these to file a claim with the shipping courier used. You will be fully refunded once the courier has accepted the claim and issued us a refund.
