outlet This is a rare and highly collectible French Vintage Michel Caugant Pink Pig Pate Dish that also doubles as a money box. Two pieces that are hand painted and hand glazed that would have originally held pate. Michel Caugant created these lovely figural forms as containers for selling his fathers pate in their luxury food shop. Each piece is signed at the base and in translation states that the piece is true Faience and was made entirely by hand. C.1980's. The item is in excellent condition with no chips/cracks and would make an excellent gift or collectors piece.
