19th C Hand Made Footed Tin Pails/Buckets

THEY ARE PRICED PER BUCKET.

These are great tin pieces.

Each Measures a 6 inch bottom diameter graduating to a 9 inch diameter at the top. 6 inches tall.

Nice old hand soldered flat seams with a rolled edge at the top, applied button tin feet on the bottom. Old heavy gauge wire handle.

Condition on both is very good, with signs of wear attendant with age and use. Some minor oxidation (see photos) Lovely interior and exterior patina.

These were used either as grain or milk pails.

They were purchased at a barn sale near here in Northampton County, PA.

Look great hanging from a rafter or kitchen rack or filled with plants, rag balls, or the glass eggs I've also listed in my shop. They are lovely filled with small gourds in outlet the fall, as well as greens and berries at Christmas time.
