Comes with what you see in case. Great working condition but I'm not familiar with xbox controllers so if any of the buttons are sticky I have no issue with returns. I bought this used to use with my pc but liked a different controller more. It didn't come with a charger but any type C works. No visible outlet flaws that I've noticed.
