A gorgeous square-framed handmade needlepoint featuring a medieval lady carrying a basket of flowers. She is framed by a red velvet curtain and the view of a lovely view featuring a river and rolling hills of green.

Her basket of blooms has various hues of pink, red and yellow flowers in full bloom. This beauty is framed in wood. Some cosmetic damage to the frame, but it can be repaired. It has the original backing paper and hanger. Very sturdy!

The colours in this piece are truly lovely: various shades of rich emerald colours. There is an iridescent sheen to many of the threads that really sparkle in the light -- particularly the jewelled necklace and crown on this fine lady..

This piece would look lovely in a living room or entry way, or perhaps in a hallway outlet or bedroom. It's a well done piece with neat uniform stitches.
