Wedding band with round Diamond set in outlet 9kt gold in SS

crossover shank style ring with 3mm round diamond set in 9kt white gold

Hallmark 925, 9k and there is a cats head stamped in the inside band which is the stamp used for England (The leopard's head silver hallmark, which has been used in various forms as the symbol of the London Assay Office since hallmarking began)
I would date this between 1922 to 1974, the style and size suggest closed to the first half of the 20ieth century
