This CINER faux turquoise and gold outlet plated heart brooch is dainty but sure to be noticed.

Measures 1 high across by .75 inches across with a dimensional domed shape.

In perfect working order and in excellent vintage condition.

The piece is signed, but it a bit difficult to see among the pattern backing. I did try to get a photo of the mark.
