Primitive Vintage outlet Handmade Fan of Feathers and Wicker from Congo/Zaire

Primitive Vintage Handmade Fan of Feathers and Wicker from Congo/Zaire. Dark brown feathers with a wicker handle. Fan is fixed in position, in other words, it does not open or close.
Wicker is somewhat loose at the very bottom (see photos).
Fan measures 14 inches long and 9 1/2 inches wide.

This fan would be beautiful displayed in a shadow box or plexiglas box. (See example of fan in shadow box frame in last photo)

This unique fan has been a part of my collection for over 30 years.
