French Wax seal Stamp EMPIRE design for sealing wax, Solid Silver outlet Art Nouveau Antique to Vintage, Boars Head hallmark 800 silver No Monogram

Very pretty vintage French Art Nouveau Silver wax seal or sealing stamp with outlet a beautiful embossed Empire pattern, which is the same on both front and back of the stamp so no matter how you display this lovely early 1900's wax stamp it will look beautiful in your collection. The design also lightly continues onto the sides of the stamp, which I think is just marvelous! It is hallmarked with the French Boar's head stamp for 800/1000 silver content and has a maker's mark that I have been unable to decipher.
The stamp measures 67mm in height (2-5/8 inches) and weighs 22 grams on my digital scale. The matrix is non-monogrammed so the new owner of this lovely stamp could have his/her own initials engraved or those of a loved one. It is also a wonderful addition to your wax stamp collection, and the blank base makes it extra special. The stamp is very good quality solid silver, is in wonderful vintage condition with only very very minimal signs of age, no damage, dents nor dings to the silver. It stands straight and displays beautifully from both sides!
