Brand new, only outlet tried on once. The quality is really good, it just doesn't fit me. It says it's a 3X but it's definitely like an XL. READ THE SIZE CHART. I will not return it just because it doesn't fit!!! It also does NOT come with the large obi rope in the back- they haven't sent it to me yet. If you want it, I can send it to you when it comes in.
