This is outlet the post war, 1946, edition of Picasso by Gertrude Stein. This edition includes additional illustrations. The original book was published in 1938. This is an unmarked, clean, hardcover with dj. Some yellowing and some wear to dust jacket.
I just finished reading this book. Not an easy read - Stein's writing can be hard to follow. I found a rhythm in it and enjoyed it. Her familiarity with Picasso makes for an informed read. Informed, of course, by Stein. Fabulous find!
