50 ml bottle. Comes with box. Has been sprayed a couple of times, but is more than 95% full, as you can see in the photos. On it's way to me, it leaked somehow, and in the last photo you can barely see a mark on the box around "Theodoros". It hasn't leaked since I've had it, but because of this, I'll be wrapping the atomizer/collar with plumbing tape for shipping (it's not sticky at all, just outlet makes airtight). I really wanted to love this because it was so difficult to find, but unfortunately it's just not for me.
