I want to say this set is 100% complete, but it's very possible a minor piece or a few are missing. All minifigs are included and are in good condition and come with their weapons. The outlet set has some dust on it from sitting on my shelf for a good while. The instructions are also included, they aren't in the best shape (see pic) but all the pages are still present. *NO BOX* Set will be partially disassembled to ship.
