This jewelry box features a deep, royal blue exterior and a cream coloured interior with a blue velvet presentation area. Though I suspect it was originally for a pin or even a mechanical pencil, the inside could be used to showcase brooches, bracelets, pins or other trinkets very easily. The box opens with the depression of the front button and closes securely with a hearty snap. Unfortunately, there are no marks indicating maker or origin to my eye.
