Inspired by a photo my sister took of the treeline in our backyard, this painting explores the intricate, organic paths outlet the sun rays take through trees to touch the ground below. A candy-colored trail of clouds hangs in the background, contrasting nicely with the shawody side of the pine trees on the other side of the sun.
