This cute village is in great vintage condition. There is some light discoloring (yellowing, could easily be painted white) on 2 of the fence pieces. Please see all pics. I did not find any chipping and the lights work! Original box size is 16" x 16" x 6". I outlet will have to double box this item to insure safe delivery.
