Heavyweight majestic vintage Christmas tree-shaped stocking holder outlet - with enamel, rhinestones and crystals

This piece is unsigned so I'm not sure of the maker or age.

It is very heavyweight - I'm not sure what type of metal it is but it's heavy (the price includes shipping).

I think the outlet stones are rhinestones or crystals or crystal rhinestones or both.

It is in very good condition except for a few light surface scratches on the flat gold part - see last pic.

Measurements are shown in the pics.

This would look absolutely beautiful displayed for the holidays.
