Saville Dam, outlet Connecticut

This is a painting that I created from a photogragh taken during a road trip through Connecticut. I was intrigued with the building structure along the water lined with rocks. The painting is in tones of blue outlet and gray, which contrasts with the lush green of the trees behind it. The oil painted canvas measures 8 inches wide x 10 inches in length and is enclosed by a simple gold painted lattice frame. Hardware has been attached and it's ready to hang.
