- Painted on artists' quality, acid-free watercolor paper
- Signed and dated on the back. Can be signed on the front if buyer prefers.
- Framed photos are examples only. This listing is for the unframed painting.
- Painting will be shipped flat, in cellophane wrapping, and protectively packed

- Returns and refunds are available if you are unsatisfied with the painting. I kindly ask that if you contact me within two days of receipt, and return the item with tracking information within two outlet weeks. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
