We have for sale a small 18th-century Liverpool plate made by either Seth or John Pennington and hand decorated with the horsetail pattern circa 1790.

•Most likely made around 1790
•Made in England
•Makers Mark: none
•Very good condition – wear to the glaze. - Please see photos.

•About 6.25 inches in diameter
•About 1.25 inches deep
