Rygako Woyte Sterling and Shell Brooch with Soldier outlet Polish hallmarks

Pictured is what I believe to be a Polish made shell and silver brooch. The Brooch is 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" and outlet has what appears to be a shell in a bezel center setting. Silver flowers on each edge. The closure is a C type. Several hallmarks are noted on back of brooch.
