- 108 semi-precious gemstone beads
- hand-knotted on a stunning red silk thread with a silk tassel
- mindfully handmade buddhist prayer beads, with each bead 8mm in dimension, with a guru bead measuring maximum 9-11 mm.
If worn on your neck as a necklace, it will have a length of around 45 cm / 18 inches; the length of the whole mala is around 95 cm / 38 inches without the tassel.
The Mala was handcrafted using natural gemstones only, so please expect slight variations in the colours, shades and patterns of the stones. Before shipping, I will cleanse and charge it, so that it can serve you wonderfully.

CINNABAR - the beads used to make this listing are a modern version of Cinnabar, a resin Cinnabar.
A genuine cinnabar is a mineral called mercuric sulfide and it is toxic. In the past, it was carved and made into jewelry and bowls; by the late 1800's/early 1900's, most of the Cinnabar used in jewelry was wood or resin based, not the toxic Mercury Cinnabar. Real cinnabar is no longer produced because the main component is MERCURY, a highly poisonous neuro-toxin. Cinnabar heals and purifies blood.
