Roosters; they are so full of attitude, so much fun to watch and are a fun subject to paint.
Painting is 8x6" set in 3" gold colored wood frame, total measurements: 14x12"
This painting is done on linen on wood backing. The colors are quite saturated and harmonize very well. Since I finished the painting with a palette knife; therefore, the surface is textured and is varnished for deeper colors and protection. A saw tooth hanger is attached on back side for immediate display.

An American-made quality custom gold wood frame, plein air 3", (as shown on the framed paintings for $125.00) can be chosen for an additional $25.00. Please let me know if you would like that option.
