There are two of these great swing arm wall lamps with toleware shade available.

The accordian frame is metal and attaches to the wall with two nails. It is retractable and swivels back and forth. The outlet shade is Burgundy with a gold Tole painted border. The edges are accented in gold. Great as a reading lamp!
The shade measures 9" in diameter along the bottom and 3 1/2" at the top opening.
The accordian arm is 7 1/2" tall. It stretches from 3" when closed to 28" when opened.
The wall mount bracket measures 8" tall x 2" wide.
The total length of the lamp when opened all the way from the wall mount to the end of the shade is 34".
They are marked Taiwan and considering the style shade, these lamps date to the 1980's. The bulb sockets are Leviton.
They are both in very nice condition. The gold metal has wear consistent with age. The cord is aged with wear but both lamps do work. There are minor spots on the inside of the shades and rust around the socket. One lamp has a minor dent in the top edge.
