Vintage Quilted Skirt 60s outlet Mixed Print Double Layer Skirt Polka Dot Floral A-line Houndstooth Maxi Bow 1960s Flowers Cut Work Embroidered Fun

Unique and fabulous vintage double layer high waisted, a-line skirt from the late 60's / early 70's. Features a fitted 1.25" gross grain ribbon waistband with hook and eye closure at center back and a large 9" bow with long trailing ends that extend the length of the skirt. The under layer is a white woven cotton material with black polka dots, and the over layer is a quilted cut work design material with appliqued and embroidered flowers that are made of a heavier weight black and white houndstooth print cotton material with red stitching and cotton batting underneath. A-line full length silhouette. Freshly laundered and ready to wear.
