Karen Germany was the creator of this wonderful line of dolls that were first made in clay and then cast in wood resin. Each doll has a personality of its own because they each have hand painted detailing on their faces. Employees of DLL worked diligently at their sewing machines to make fashions for the dolls. All this happened here, in the USA, in Southlake, Texas!!

Is this face precious??!! Little Miss Muffet is innocently sitting on her tuffet when that spider just dropped out of nowhere for a visit!! Lol… So cute and portrayed perfectly! Miss Muffet was a signing event doll that was only available through shops Karen was visiting in 1996. Miss Muffet was released outlet in January, 1996 and retired in October, 1996 and limited to an edition of only 1117. Her accessories include her resin tuffet (I unwrapped only one tuffet, and included a photo of the tuffet from Muffet #1 so you could see what your tuffet will look like), her head cap, wood bowl and of course, her own spider!! The latter three are still in the plastic accessory bag attached at the tag. She is 12” tall and comes in her box with hang tag and COA.

Overall condition of Muffet is Excellent. All of the dolls in this collection were wrapped and stored separately from their boxes. Very few were actually displayed. The boxes were broken down and stored in another location due to space limitations. Miss Muffet is clean and undamaged as you can see in my photos. No, there are no odd odors detected. I see no damage, chips, cracks or repairs. Please study my photos and ask any questions you may have. I will do my best to answer them promptly.

Because this is an estate item, it was previously owned and is not new. Each doll is being sold as is, with all sales final.
