outlet This bishop dress is made with polyester/cotton 1/16" gingham and hand-smocked with all DMC floss in a pattern that features blue bows and little pink flowers. It has a 4-6" hem and is closed at the back with 3 little white shank buttons and elastic button loops. The angel sleeves are made with white cotton scalloped eyelet. The neckline is bound with bias fabric. The sizing of bishop style dresses is flexible as there is no waistline, so it will fit in a wider range of sizes.
This dress is also available as a ready-to-smock dress (the dress is finished, you do the smocking). Please convo me with any questions.
