Surprise, a British Frigate, is under the command of Captain Jack Aubrey, played by Russel Crowe in the 2003 movie “Master and Commander: Far Side of the World”. The H.M.S Surprise is now available as a fully assembled model, ready to display whether seated upon a shelf, desk, table or display cabinet. Built from scratch by master artisans using high quality woods (cherry, birch, maple and rosewood) other amazing details include gun ports actually cut into the hull, taut rigging with varied thread gauge and color, and a wooden base that prominently displays the words “HMS Surprise”.
