Only her skirt, long sleeve shirt, neck wrap thing, and two clip on horns. I'm a large and it fits well on me. Smoke and corona free household. CAT HOUSEHOLD so beware if you have cat allergies!!!! **ITS kinda baggy outlet and crinkled, so before I ship it out I'll iron and wash it! :) Give it a good home!
