Rare Issue #1 of DART - A TARGET PUBLICATION - featuring BARRY. The editor's note states this is the first Target magazine, and the quality certainly sets it apart. Well-produced and outlet printed on heavy pebbled stock usually reserved for art books or folios, DART obviously aimed for a more highbrow presentation. This edition features Barry, a popular model whose photos had already been published in COLT. Accompanying the photography are "a few words from Barry himself, in his own handwriting" to add a personal touch that might bring him closer to the reader – "I dig the wide open spaces, man, and all that fresh air" being one of the more compelling insights.
