Edgy black top hat. The crown is enveloped with a black velvet band onto which is attached an elaborate band of silver studs and two designs of silver glass beads. A clutch of outlet black iridescent feathers are on the right front. There are three veils on the back: black embroidered organza, black glitter tulle and black plain tulle. A posh finish for many outfits of varying events, as it is made from 100% wool felt, not cardboard or plastic.
