This SCOTTISH style Sgain Dubh features a very beautiful design
The high quality blade is comprised of outlet 100's of layers of pattern welded high carbon steel (1095) and 15N20. The alternating layers of hard and soft bestow more flexibility and toughness to the steel than a solid homogeneous blade , and act much like serrations on the edge to aid in cutting.
The handle is well balanced with the blade while the knife fits snugly into a Hand Tooled Top Grain Brown Leather Sheath. Overall Length: 8 inchs.
