This is a 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner. It's not shown in the photos but does include the window adapter so you can install it to exhaust out your window. Does not have the remote control but honestly I've never used it anyway. This air conditioner well cool the largest of areas. It's actually too strong for my home. Works great almost instantly feel the cold air. Easy to clean the filters. All around it outlet has to be one of the easiest air conditioners to maintain and take care of that I've ever had. When we bought it it was around $400, and at the time worth every penny. I know it's coming up on winter but summer is right around the corner so you might want to be ready and you'll probably get it cheaper now than in the summertime. If you're looking for a great stand up portable air conditioner this is definitely one of your best options. It stands approximately give or take 3 ft tall, they window exhaust is also approximately 3 ft long so you have good range of movement.
