A gorgeous outlet full length formal dress made by Scott McClintock, vintage from the 80's. No tears, rips, or stains. The skirt is wrinkled and has to be dry cleaned. The top is black velvet, ribbed, and off the shoulder with full length sleeves. It has little stretch. The skirt is black and gold plaid made of taffeta. There is two layers underneath, one is tulle and the other is acetate. The size says 4 or Small, but it just barely fits my mannequin so I would assume it's closer to an XS.
