Ralph Lauren Blue Label pick stitch western shirt with diamond-shaped pearl buttons.

The shirt is a cream color with brown pick stitches, soft cotton with a linen-textured feel— six front pearl diamond snap buttons, one button at the top of the collar. Five snap shotgun cuffs have diamond snap pearl buttons. Single-point pocket, pointed back yoke, shirttail style. Sturdy and medium-weight.
