Birthday Cake outlet Tutu

A beautiful sparkly tutu dress with dark blush tulle is great for any occasion! Birthday party, flower girl dress, ballet outfit or for dancing around at home!

Dress is fully lined with a soft tulle bottom. This dress has tie straps which makes it easy to adjust.

All dresses are made by hand by me only which makes each dress unique and one of a kind. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, dresses with intricate beading will take 3-4 weeks.
