Quick wrist measuring instructions:
If you don't have a flexible tape measure. Just wrap a string or something flexible around your wrist ( outlet at the wrist bone ) and measure that exact length against a ruler. I'll need this actual ( exact) length for any cuff or watch! Measure to the nearest 1/8" INCH or MM.
