outlet Vintage 1980s silky pastel plaid ruffled party dress.

This has a scooped neckline, edged with double ruffles. There is thin plastic wire edging the ruffles to help them maintain their shape and volume.

The waist is elastic, covered with a wide lavender purple belt that ties in the back.

The sleeves are 3/4 length and puffy with padded shoulders and fitted cuffs.

The dress is made of pink, purple, peach, and pale green plaid. It looks and feels like silk but as this is machine washable, I think it's a good imitation.

★Closures: Nylon zipper up the back.

★Lining: None

★Label: "Donna Morgan for Non-Stop," "Machine Wash Warm...." and the ILGWU label used from 1974 - 1993.

★Condition: Excellent - I cannot find a flaw.

Chest: 38 inches
Waist: 22 - 34 inches
Hips: 48 inches
Shoulder: 15 inches
Shoulder to Waist: 15 inches
Length: 43 inches
