This is a very sweet Art Deco era necklace. It consists of a chrome chain with 5 realistic coral-colored celluloid roses evenly spaced across its front. The largest rose is in the middle and the roses get smaller as they move toward the clasp of the necklace.
This necklace is meant to be worn as a choker as it's length is 16" end to end. People were smaller in the 1930s and you will need a small neck to outlet wear this. The necklace closes with a spring ring clasp that works as it should to keep it securely closed.
This piece is in excellent vintage condition. I cannot find any flaws. The chain is shiny and intact. The celluloid roses are perfect and are set into pretty scalloped chrome holders. The largest, middle rose has a diameter of 3/4 of an inch.
