Antique semi restored and framed letter. Letter reads: Yokohama June 25th 1898. Dear Sir, The attached genuine stamps are sent to you to remind you of Japan tea. My this year's shipment of G T packed in tin lined cases is the finest grade imported and I trust to have your orders for this brand. I give you a full guarantee that it will please your trade in every particular. Yours very truly, G. Thalheimer. The letter looks to be made from outlet a rice type paper and has overall deterioration. Has five Japan stamps at the top. Wood frame with a mauve mat that looks great with this letter. Size of the letter is 12 1/4" x 9". Overall size is 21" x 17". It was probably framed sometime in the 70s - 80s. History not known. #7-FL.
