Bustle is made from cotton--lightweight, stylish and comfortable to boot! Silver grommets in front allowing for the perfect fit! Lace up included is red grosgrain ribbon. Bustle waistband is reinforced and lined, while the draped side panels are unlined for draping and wear-ability. White fringe and trim applied to hem.
