Vintage antique outlet farm chore coat, quilted patchwork with big pocket. Dust Bowl Depression style

This is a vintage dustbowl style farm chore coat with a big pocket on right front. Quilted patchwork handmade. Estimated to be 1940's-1960's due to shape, age, style, and level of wear.

Coat has areas of wear, stains on front, and a small tear. Stains are clearly visible in photos. Possible they are rust outlet stains, maybe oil. Has not been stain treated, spots may or may not come out with treatment.

Small tear in middle of back measures about 1/2 inch in size. Easy to mend.
