Description - Very cool bright green dress with op art check drop waist skirt. The top has a turtleneck. It zips up the back and has 2 buttons at the neck. The bodice is knit and has stretch. It is also fully lined. It comes with a shiny black belt. Details Brand - Wippette outlet Size - XS/S Shoulders - 13.75" across Chest - 16" pit to pit, stretches to 18.5" Sleeves - 22" from shoulder seams Waist - approx 14.5" across Low waist - 17.5" across Hips - approx 19.5" across Length - 36.25"; bodice 22", skirt 14.25" Condition - I found 2 spots when I was photographing the dress. These have not been treated. One is on the front near the waist and one is next to the zipper on the back. There are 2 holes in the lining where the stitches from the belt loops are. This is not visible on the outside. The belt is kind of wonky. It is wrinkly and stitching has come out. It works but it has seen better days.
