Vintage 1920s or 1930s carnival cane outlet depicting a Boxer dog. Boxer Dog is porcelain.

Are you a dog lover/collector, or know someone who is? Then get them this as a nice gift! The item is a carnival showman type miniature cane/swagger stick that is of a Boxer dog. This is made of wood that is painted a dark blue, while the top is porcelain that is painted white, black and green.

Now the porcelain top is the Boxer Dog. The full length is 35", that is 2" for the porcelain Boxer head, while the wooden part is 33".

There is one stamp mark on the back of the Boxer's head of JPA. I believe that this is an abbreviation for Japan. This helps me dates this to the 1920's or 1930's.
Please note that this is best for display/collectible use only! It won't outlet hold up for use as a normal cane, as it can't hold much weight. This "carnival type cane was meant for use as decor or to be used as a fancy pointer stick/swagger stick".

This is 73 to 100 years old. Don't expect this to look like a brand-new cane! It does show signs of aging, and wear form handling over the years. Both the wood and porcelain have wear to them.
