38E art deco outlet sterling silver sapphire PASTE ring size R pls read description

No stamps. Tests as silver

The sapphires are likely to be paste / glass or lab grown .

There is slight movement in the sapphires ( move around the ring) indicating there is the possibility of a missing stone. This is hard to tell as the stones move around the ring and therefore you can't tell if there is a missing outlet stone or not... But I suspect 1 stone could be missing.

For this reason the ring is being sold cheap.
