One of a new series of adorable collectible OOAK mice, these characterful Newspaper mice will make you smile as they check on the latest daily goings on. The gentleman mouse is dressed in a cloth cap and waistcoat, and is catching up with all the daily news in the Miniature Times. His wife is dressed in a soft green 'fairy dust' wool coat.
Around 5 inches tall, their tails act as a support so they are fully free standing.
These adorable little mice are needle felted using the traditional dry needle felting technique from 100% natural sheep's wool.
Available singly or as a pair. MADE TO ORDER, SHIPS IN 3-4 weeks.
Needle felting is the process of binding wool fibres by repeatedly stabbing them with a barbed needle. The barbs catch onto the fibres and cause them to tangle and bind together. To create a 3D sculpture it can take hours of work and thousands of stabs from start to finish.
