It was made in 2001 by Gold Collectibles Ltd and features a black wooden frame, a double matted print of #3 The Intimidator Dale Earnhardt Sr and a genuine $180 Liberia commemorative unused stamp. The back of the print has a certificate of authenticity by American Stamp Collectibles that certifies the commemorative postage stamp is official legal tender of Liberia and it was one of only 5000 made world wide.
